Online chat for young adults from anywhere in Scotland.
Meets monthly on the first Wednesday of the month

Aberdeen

Solas Depression Support Group    

The group is user led and facilitated by NHS Grampian Mental Health Chaplaincy, which is not specific to any one faith. Attendance is open to anyone who has experienced depression.

Meets at 2pm on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month in the City Church, Gilcomston Park, Aberdeen

Falkirk

DASH is a group of people who offer support to each other in dealing with their depression and anxiety.

The details of  their meetings are as follows:-

Wednesday 1-3pm (female only)
Friday 1-3pm  (female only)
Location: Camelon Community Project, Abercrombie Street, Camelon, FK1 4HA

Monday 7-9pm (mixed group)
Thursday 2-4pm (male only)
Location: Dawson Centre, Davids Loan, Bainsford, Falkirk

Kirkcaldy (Fife)

'Uplifit'. Christian-based group to support people with depression in the Fife area.

Meetings are held on the first three mondays of each month 7-9pm at the JRD Trust in Kirkcaldy (old YMCA building).
