Solas Depression Support Group The group is user led and facilitated by NHS Grampian Mental Health Chaplaincy, which is not specific to any one faith. Attendance is open to anyone who has experienced depression. Meets at 2pm on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month in the City

'Uplifit'. Christian-based group to support people with depression in the Fife area. Meetings are held on the first three mondays
of each month 7-9pm at the JRD Trust in Kirkcaldy (old YMCA building). |
