I’ve been doing yoga for the past 16 years and although I do it regularly, if I’ve become particularly stressed, it helps me to breathe more deeply and become calmer.
When I’ve got a bit of time to myself, I love to lie down on the couch and get lost in some music.
On a day-to-day basis there is nothing more relaxing for me than sitting with a good coffee watching the world go by.
