Exercise on bike, going to the cinema, eat chocolate and talk to friends
Whenever I cycle downhill I grin like a cheshire cat and feel like a kid again – it’s a fantastic feeling and always lifts my mood.
If I’m feeling a bit stressed or preoccupied then swimming is a great way to relax. My thinking always seems to become more balanced after being in the water and I tend to sleep well too.
