Action on Depression in Ayrshire

Action on Depression works in Ayrshire to support people affected by depression. We do this through raising awareness about depression and how to get help and offering training to people experiencing low mood, depression and anxiety and for those working to support them.

Courses

We run Living Life to the Full life skills courses in Ayrshire. These are either open to the public or run with partner organisations.  The courses run for six consecutive weeks at the same time and venue. Individuals are required to book a place on the course and attend all six dates where possible.
