Action on Depression has a regional presence in four areas in Scotland:

If you want to find out more about what we are doing in your area, email us.

How can you help with our regional work?

If you live in any of these areas and would like to work with our Community Development Officers and support our local work, we’d love to hear from you.

We are especially interested in hearing from people who would like to help to set up self-help peer support groups.  If you are interested in doing this, you can find out more about our self-help groups here.

We also need people to help with our work more generally in these four areas and are looking to recruit community support volunteers.   These volunteers help us with a range of activities including helping out at information stands and local fundraising.  But we can make the most of other skills and interests you could bring to us…

Again, if you’re interested in supporting our work in this way, please get in touch.  We’d love to hear from you and your support will help us to reach a lot more people locally.
