Evaluation of Internet Self-Help for Improving Mental Wellbeing

Do You Use Online Self-Help Therapies?

Eliane Du, a PhD student, is currently looking for people who have used or are currently using internet-based self-help websites for improving their mental well-being. She wants to find out your views on such websites: how you use/used them; whether they help/helped you; and what you like/liked or did not like about them. She is also interested to hear from people who looked at such sites but did not begin to use them, or people who stopped using them or did not complete the course.

What Will This Involve?

She would like to interview you about your experiences. This would be done online using Email, Skype, or Instant Messenger (whatever you prefer).
