'Mood Matters'
This year for Scottish National Depression Week, we're launching a new campaign called 'Mood Matters'. We're talking good mental health : what it is, how to get it and how to keep it.
We have done research, created new resources and arranged events throughout Scotland where you can come meet us in support of this campaign. For details of these, see below:-

We have also created a range of resources for National Depression Week, which are being launched as part of the campaign:
